Required Qualifications:
● 3 to 5 years of accounting experience
● BS in Accounting or Finance
● Proficient in Quickbooks & MS Office
● Experience in payment processing

Job Description:
● General accounting and recordkeeping
● Recording of all transactions in the general ledger
● Banking – Donations processing
● Payment of approved vendor invoices & staff/ volunteer expenses
● Corporate Matching Gifts verifications & processing
● Accounts and Back Office Co-ordination
● Query handling on accounts – from CRY America staff, volunteers, donors
● Grant accounting & disbursals
● Travel for major fundraising events
● Reconciliations and accounts analysis
● Internal Financial Reporting to staff & management
● Maintain compliance records and accumulation of information for state registrations and filings
● Annual financial audit coordination and preparation of supporting information
● Accumulation of information for annual federal filings

This is a full-time position based out of Braintree, MA. Salary within the range $50,000 to $60,000 and will be commensurate with experience.
